One bath and a half. Kitchen. Gas fireplace (Spring, Fall, Winter) Outdoor pool! (Summer) Separate parking with a carport. Located behind my house. It's 1 mile from the DuQuoin Fairgrounds and 20 minutes from Carbondale IL. Only guests that are staying in the guesthouse are allowed to use the facilities (pool)

The house is a 3 bed 2 bath with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. there is a single car garage with opener included. the front porch is covered and is a nice spot to sit outside.
