The three story property is a historical home built in 1908 that stands proud on its 8 acres of well manicured pristine kept property. We are 5 minutes from Rice Lake which is well known for its great fishing, and 20 minutes drive to the famous Cobourg beach. Come and relax at the cottage!

All this is set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.
