Petone Rest: Comfortable, accessible and quiet

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this newly built, fully accessible and step-free self contained flat. It has off street parking but is just 500m from all the cafes and restaurants in Jackson Street, or about 800m from a stroll along the beach. Well situated for public transport: buses in Jackson Street to Lower Hutt and Wellington, and just 1.1 km to Petone train station. Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, set back from the road this studio is very private & has everything you need. Whether it’s a convenient overnighter or an extended stay, our studio is ideal, with a short drive to Queensgate & Central Hutt or a short walk to the public train into Wellington city. Past guests have enjoyed the convenience of ample off street parking onsite. With Te Whiti park directly across the road, there are plenty of beautiful walks & fitness options too.

The Fifth Room

Easy walk to Jackson St shops, cafés and restaurants. Petone Beach and Railway Station within a 10min walk. Percy's reserve and walking tracks close by. Wellington city a 10 min drive (off peak). The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Nest on Nelson - cosy hideaway at Petone beach

Nest on Nelson is a right across from Petone beach. The private garden area is lush with greenery and the perfect space to unwind. Enjoy relaxing in the egg chair, looking out at the peaceful surrounds or have a soak in the massive bath. Free car park and centrally located (one house back from beach) and a 3 minute stroll to all the restaurants, quirky shops and cafes of Jackson St. Train and bus stops to the central city are a short walk. Picton ferry is a 10 minute drive at off peak.

A private, peaceful and serene retreat only five minutes drive to Petone, 10 minutes to Hutt Hospital and 15-20 minutes to Wellington CBD. Off street parking at the door, level entry and a single level layout. This cute home has been finished and furnished to a high standard and is ready for you to enjoy.

Bolton Street Cottage

Located between the beach and Jackson Street this beautifully renovated cottage offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy sitting under the covered deck while you BBQ, or in the sun on the patio. If you prefer to cook inside, a fully equipped kitchen is provided There is a self contained studio off the rear of the driveway. The studio has no access the cottage or its private deck and garden.

This townhouse is located in a quality and peaceful suburb back from the main roads, but is still centrally located. It is 350m from the Hutt hospital, 1km from Pak n Save and Lower Hutt City, and 16km from Wellington City.
