Walking distance to everything we needed. Great place. Put enough supplies in the house to get us started and it was nice and clean.

This location is a bit of a gem depending on what you are looking for. Shopping malls every direction and very walkable. Good Restaurants and such. Strong internet connection although there are occassional outages (maybe once a month). Host was very responsive and got in touch with the internet service provider everytime I needed to get the connection fixed. Building has no cell phone reception so keep that in mind, but like I said the intrlernet connection is fast so not too big of an issue. Host provides a free cleaning once a month for longer stays and did a very good job. 100% recommend for digital nomads and staycationers.

we had an excellent time at this place. the house is large and comfortable as well as beautiful and very tastefully decorated. the kitchen has everything you might need. the sauna was an excellent addition and we enjoyed using it very much. all in all this is a great place to stay with a great host and very highly recommended.

This space has it all. loved the balcony and view and overall comfy vibe. also, the host was super nice! I left something in the unit and the host was over the top helpful and kind in helping me retrieve it. so thankful for this experience 🙏🏻 would leave 100 stars if I could

Eunice and Kit were very responsive and helpful as host. The room was as described, the apartment itself stands out in BGC area, just opposite of Uptown Mall. The room was clean, we needed to stay on the floor and the arrangement for that was adequate, had no problem. The wifi and TV works nicely. The kitchen was clean. It was a great stay!

isla villa 1のレビュー 👇👇👇 とても素晴らしかったです！ 室内は広々として、キッチンや寝室なども綺麗で使いやすかったです。 そして、なんと言ってもプールが楽しかったです。部屋から簡単にアクセスできて、それでいて部屋とは明確に分かれていたので、部屋が濡れたりせず、快適でした。 また、管理人さんの対応がとても丁寧でした。急なお願い（「蟻が出たので、虫除けが欲しい」「BBQがしたいので、炭や着火剤を買ってきて欲しい」など）にも素早く対応してくれました。 マルチキャブ（貸切ジプニー）の手配をお願いしたところ、到着時間も正確で、スムーズに移動できました（移動はマクタン島内限定でした）。移動先では、「●時に同じ場所でピックアップしてください」と頼むと、これも正確な時間に来てくれました。 あえて難点を挙げるとすると、 ・３つあるうちのトイレの１つが詰まったこと ・洗濯機などの家電の使い方が難しいこと ・長期滞在だとタオルが不足しがちなこと ・食べ物のゴミなどを置いておくと、蟻が集まってくること などがありますが、どれも許容できることや、管理人さんにお願いすることで解決する範囲だと思います。 周辺は、喧騒からは離れていて安全に散策でき、敷地の外へ少し歩けばセイブモア（小さめのスーパー）があり、両替もできました。そんな立地も含め、とても快適で楽しい数日間を過ごせました。 isla villa 1のオーナーさん、管理人さん、ならびに関係者のみなさん、ありがとうございました！ 興味を持たれた方、おすすめします！

Very Back to Nature Filipino Experience. My Filipina was very happy with it. Great view of the sunsets which we enjoyed every night. Edelyn took very good care of us. When we needed someting the response was always quick. We visited the Inambakan Falls and they were beautiful. Much more to explore. Our kids enjoyed the pool, hammocks, and TV. The bedrooms were air conditioned and very comfortable.

The place is wonderful! Ms. Keith was very responsive and friendly whenever I had questions. The instructions were very clear, so we had no trouble checking in. The location is close to many establishments, making it easy for us to walk to the supermarket and nearby restaurants. The unit was clean, and we instantly felt at home as soon as we arrived. We stayed for four days, but it didn’t feel like enough, we even thought of extending our stay, haha😆 I was also able to work comfortably too, thanks to the fast internet. Overall, I loved the place and had an amazing stay! Hoping to book again in the future💗
