David & Kiera Le's place was an absolute hassle free experience. Apartment is well maintained. We enjoyed staying at their place and appreciate the support they extended through our stay.

Such a cosy and comfortable stay! The space was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the convenient laundry service. Communication with the host was seamless, she was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was our last stay in Vietnam after 2 months of travelling over the country and it couldn't be a better choice of accommodation. The flat was very cozy, clean, cheerful and friendly. These light colours and the decorations always made me feel at home, at the same time everything was carefully thought over. Whatever you might need of was there starting with a steamer and finishing with a coffee maker (with grinded coffee too). The flat absolutely matches the pictures and the description, and it was so good sometimes I felt I even don't want to go outside)) The host was very friendly, hospitable and responsive. I highly recommend the flat and, if I ever found myself in HCMC again, I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location, awesome host. what else can you ask for. everything you need as a tourist is near by and Lan does a great job in helping out. This was my first visit to Vietnam and on my second visit, the only place I will book is Lan's. it's a no brainer.

Nội thất được bài trí gọn gàng, tinh tế, với tông màu ấm áp tạo nên không gian dễ chịu và thư giãn. Giường ngủ mềm mại, chăn gối sạch sẽ và thơm tho. Ánh sáng trong phòng được thiết kế vừa đủ, không quá chói mà vẫn đảm bảo sáng sủa, thích hợp cho cả nghỉ ngơi và làm việc. Ngoài ra, phòng còn được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy lạnh, nước nóng, và một góc nhỏ pha trà/cà phê rất tiện lợi. Điểm đặc biệt là không gian yên tĩnh, thích hợp để thư giãn sau những giờ làm việc căng thẳng hoặc chuyến đi dài. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và chu đáo, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

Nice decorated room, spacious room also. It's located in the city center so easy for moving around. It's in the small alley, so a bit of effort required if you have big luggage.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Annie was very accommodating and patient. We were late to our agreed meetup time and yet she was still patient and understanding. Very good host!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

This airbnb was accessible and had many great restaurants nearby. Their place had the necessities I needed and best of all - the comfiest bed! The host was very responsive and kind as well so this was definitely worth booking!
