In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

L'appartamento Giulia, a 10 minuti dal centro di Lucca, è all'interno di una bellissima dimora stile liberty immersa nel verde, circondata da un'ampia resede recintata. Completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, dispone (in condivisione) di una bellissima piscina a sfioro con acqua salata di 12x6mt profonda 1,40 cm, attrezzata di sdraio, gazebo, lettini e docce solari con acqua calda, ubicata in un prato verde circondato da piante di oleandri. All'interno della resede è presente un ampio parcheggio.

Casa Myricae: relax tra olivi e camelie

La casa, ristrutturata pochi anni fa, è una tipica struttura che mantiene le caratteristiche dei casolari toscani. È l’ultima di un gruppo di case sul poggio più alto del paese di Pieve di Compito con alle spalle uno splendido oliveto. Ha un giardino curato, con piante caratteristiche della zona, in particolare le antiche camelie della lucchesia. Il giardino finisce in un declivio a balze erbose coltivate a frutti. Myricae ha una corte privata dove è possibile parcheggiare l’auto.
