The Eleanor Davis House with POOL

This restored Queen Anne Victorian built in 1894 has a butler's pantry, Sunroom/Family Room with French doors to deck, pool and fenced in grounds, Living Room. The millwork of each room is crafted of different exotic woods. Handcrafted ornate wood fretwork adorns the front hall, and entrance to Living Room and Kitchen. Located in Central Park Historic District, walkable (4 blocks to Main Street). 3 bedrooms upstairs each with Queen size bed, Sofabed (Queen mattress in Living Room) and 2.5 baths.

ONE DAY ADVANCE BOOKING NOTICE! Upper Loft Unit is the top floor of the guest house. With it's own entrance & deck area, No Interaction (if desired) from the lower unit is possible.
