Welcome to Nelson Spring Beach Resort on Nevis. Our spacious beachfront villa with central air has a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea and the soothing sound of gentle waves. The villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beach, perfect for strolling, swimming, and sunbathing. NOTE: A new villa is under construction next door. The Caribbean view is not obstructed. Although noise is a possibility, we have received just one complaint from over 50 guests over the course of the last year.

We provide towels (bath and beach), pots and pans, and bed linen.

This unique house has 2 lovely bedrooms very separated, meaning it’s great for 2 couples. There is a common area where you can hang out. It’s very close to the beach. The views are fantastic. Sunset straight ahead every night. Both rooms have mini fridges, Nespresso machine, sound systems & a hair dryer. The colors used in each room is fresh & summery. The house is situated all private but still close to the restaurant where you can dine & wine all day & night. Breakfast is served at 9am.

The apartment has two good sized bedrooms with a/c, both with double beds and plenty of storage. There is a private entrance and your own driveway with gates. It is ideal for couples or families. The property is set in spacious gardens which back onto the prestigious Four Seasons golf course. The views of the mountain are amazing. We are on the edge of the lively village of Jessups, with Pinneys' Beach and its wide range of bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away by car, or local bus.

Close to heritage trails rich in history, the studio is ideal as a base for exploring the island. A rental car can be arranged. No smoking in the cottage.

Watch pelicans dive, sting rays leap and turtles bobbing their head up to catch a breath! Curious vervet monkeys may pay a visit, morning doves wake you with their quiet cooing and yellow crested night herons perch in our mangrove trees. Peace and quiet minutes away from excellent restaurants and activities. Beach combing easy walks and great hikes in our area.
