Your family will love time spent here in this modern/rustic camp right on the water. Less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown Greenville where you can visit and shop, enjoy a lunch or dinner on the water at one of the local restaurants, or grab your own grocery’s and more at Indian Hill where they have all of your needs. Small or large families welcome, very comfortable and spacious. We have an All season property for you to enjoy all outdoor activities and more. Our place is yours to enjoy.

Moosehead Lake, Trail Access, Hot Tub, Beach, ACs!

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Warden Camp on Kingsbury Pond, Couples retreat/ATV

**Your Remote Paradise on Kingsbury Pond** Escape to a serene, off-the-grid cabin on Kingsbury Pond. Ideal for couples or families, this cozy retreat offers mornings with coffee by the water, where you’ll hear ducks and loons. Enjoy days of kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, or relaxing in the custom wood-fired sauna. Unwind by the fire pit under starlit skies, and for thrill-seekers, explore ATV trails right from the cabin. This is the perfect sanctuary to unplug and reconnect with nature.

East Smith Pond Camp

This lakefront cabin is about 5 minutes from Millinocket, Maine and near Baxter State Park. The deck outside and four season porch both overlook the beautiful waterfront westerly sunset views of Smith Pond.This waterfront property has a sandy beach , great for swimming ,kayaks and very good fishing with fire pit for relaxing . The inside has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. There is a loft bedroom accessible with ladder access that also has a full size bed.

A Little Piece of Heaven

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Waters Edge Cottage

This peaceful camp is just perfect for you and your family or friends to see how much this beautiful part of Maine has to offer. It rests on its own private lot in a calm cove on South Twin Lake. It’s 15 minutes from Millinocket and approximately 45 minutes to Baxter State Park. The cottage is well equipped and has all new appliances, an eat-in kitchen as well as a gas and charcoal grill outside. Forget your worries in this spacious camp. Unplug and plug into nature. Located on Millinocket Lake with private access to water. Views of Mt. Katahdin from deck and yard. Unwind and relax at camp after a nice paddle, raft, hike, bike….. Just 8 miles from the Togue Pond entrance of Baxter State Park. Short Walk to the New England Outdoor Center and River Drivers restaurant. A little longer walk or drive aprox 1 mile to knife edge brewery or Fredricka’s restaurant.

Lozier’s Lakefront, Fish, Swim, Campfire, repeat

Lozier’s Lookout is a cozy two-bedroom, lakefront cottage on beautiful Millinocket Lake. Perfect for both adventure and relaxation, guests can enjoy nearby hiking, biking, ATV'ing, and local dining, or stay close to home casting a line off the dock, swimming in the lake, paddling the provided kayaks or canoe, and gathering around the campfire for s’mores. With the charm of a classic cabin and the comforts of home, The Lookout offers a welcoming retreat in every season.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

Beaver Cove Log Cabin with Mountain View

Get away from it all in this cozy log cabin. The westerly mountain view, with sunsets included, is spectacular. You'll enjoy daily visits from the local deer population. Just minutes away there is a private beach where you can swim, picnic or launch a canoe or kayak. 4- wheelers can directly access trails from the cabin. WiFi and Smart TV for streaming.

Moosehead Lakefront Camp

Ideal for whole families or groups of fishermen/snowmobilers. This lakefront camp has direct access to Moosehead Lake with a dock to keep a boat if bringing one. You can fish or ice fish just steps away from the camp. Great for relaxing on the porch or fire pit and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life!
