We just completed our project & we are so excited about the years to come in the beautiful north woods of Maine - "the way life should be". Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Lozier’s Lookout is a cozy two-bedroom, lakefront cottage on beautiful Millinocket Lake. Perfect for both adventure and relaxation, guests can enjoy nearby hiking, biking, ATV'ing, and local dining, or stay close to home casting a line off the dock, swimming in the lake, paddling the provided kayaks or canoe, and gathering around the campfire for s’mores. With the charm of a classic cabin and the comforts of home, The Lookout offers a welcoming retreat in every season.

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

Misty Morning Cottages #6 on Moosehead Lake

NEW in 2025! WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!

Waterfront on Whetstone Pond

Perfect for one or two couples or one couple with children. WestView sits 25 feet from the edge of Whetstone Pond with views of Russell Mountain and spectacular sunsets from its 7 acre perch. I live at a campsite which is barely visible from the cabin. Our one neighbor, also barely visible through the trees, loves their privacy as well.

Beech Ridge Retreat

Beech Ridge Retreat is a beautiful lakefront home on Piper Pond featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen, dock for your boat (or just for you to enjoy), swim float, 3 kayaks (with life vests) fire pit, and grill to make your stay on Piper unforgettable.
