The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Récemment construit, est composé d’une cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple, et une salle de bains spacieuse. Il offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. Très proche du centre de Maresca et 5 minutes Mini Market. Nous avons Jacuzzi et une piscine d’eau salée. Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Posto al secondo piano dell’edificio che un tempo ospitava il centralissimo Cinema Globo, l’appartamento si colloca nel cuore di Pistoia, e gode di un affaccio d’eccezione. Dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali, compreso l’ascensore, l’appartamento, accogliente e silenzioso, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrattive principali, nonché dalla stazione ferroviaria e da vari parcheggi a pagamento. L’appartamento Il Globo è il punto migliore dal quale iniziare l’esplorazione di Pistoia.

Delizioso bilocale, in un vicolo del centro storico medioevale di Pistoia chiuso alle auto (ZTL).In una zona popolare, è in un piccolo condominio (ex convento di clausura), al secondo piano (no ascensore), vicino a P. Duomo e P della Sala. In zona defilata,caldo e confortevole, in stile vintage. Ideale per vivere la città e la Toscana.A 50 metri si trova a pagamento il Parcheggio Misericordia ; più distante gratuito il P. Cellini. La stazione ferroviaria dista pochi minuti a piedi .

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
