The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Fascinating Apartment in Pistoia old town, Tuscany

This cozy apartment is the attic of a nineteenth century four-storey building, in the old town of Pistoia. We recently renovated it keeping its traditional and typical details (like the exposed wooden beams and the brick walls). We furnished it mixing antiques and vintage furniture, found in flea markets all over Italy and in our childhood houses. The windows overlook the red roofs of the ancient buildings, the tall trees of the park nearby and the guard tower of the sixteenth century fortress.

Appartamento al piano terra di antica chiesa di santa Maria di Ripalta. Ottimo per girare a piedi il centro storico ma appena fuori dalla ztl; ben servito dalle fermate degli autobus e con stazione del treno e autostrada Firenze -mare A11 a 5 minuti: strategico per esplorare altre località toscane. accogliente, comodo e silenzioso offre Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, cucina fornita. Bagno con doccia e bidet. Parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze e a pagamento dalle 8:00 alle alle 20;00.

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
