Gorgeous view. 3 of the 4 rooms are en suites. Easy, quick path to the beach and Royalton Resort which is very accommodating. Cosmos (host) is kind, honest and responsive. Under five minutes to completely adequate groceries. Spinnaker’s beach/bar is also very close with typical Caribbean beach eats. Look for Donny in the parking lot, he’ll take good care of you. Beware; his rum punch is potent and delicious. Cosmos’s place is clean, his staff responsive. Lots of stairs, especially to top unit, so be aware. Some of the stairs lack handrails which are important for some. Overall, none of my gripes are dealbreakers, in my opinion. The place is fantastic!

This was an amazing stay. Very private and secluded. The home was spacious and had everything we could need including a pool and outdoor grill. Le Verne the co host greeted us by the airport and recommended plenty of local activities and restaurants. The hospitality from her was amazing. We really enjoyed our trip and would easily consider going back.

We had a great stay at Anna's. Like all the reviews say, the place is as described and the pool is fantastic. Anna provided a ton of linens, as well as dish soap, paper towels and cleaning products. It is also in walking distance to the surf beaches, which was important to me! My only note, which I let Anna know, is that the pin location was not accurate, so I got lost since I'm not familiar with the roads and had to ask a couple of residents how to get there based on the pictures of the house. I hope this is updated before the next stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Henri. C'est un hôte très accueillant, d'une très grande gentillesse. C'est un hôte très discret et disponible pour toutes questions ou renseignements, très à l'écoute. Henri a su nous donner de bonnes adresses pour nous restaurer ou pour des sorties. La petite sortie en bateau avec le petit rhum les pieds dans l'eau a été un moment génial. Sans hésitation nous retournons chez lui. Merci mille fois pour ces vacances de rêve. Thank you for hosting us! It was a great getaway and we really enjoyed the unit and the Rodney Bay Area! The place has everything you need - all the kitchen essentials, an amazing balcony, a great TV, and AC that works perfectly. The pool area is also beautiful and private. We used it multiple times throughout the week and there was no one ever there so it felt like our own little private retreat! The host communicated well with us and the checkin process was great! One small thing to point out to potential visitors is that there is ongoing construction at the neighbouring property between 8 am and 5 pm. This didn’t cause us any issues what so ever as we were basically never home between those hours. Overall, highly recommend staying here for all those interested in staying at Rodney Bay! Walkable to both the beach and restaurants and great property! Thanks again

Rachel’s place is a wee gem ! She is so kind and friendly and works really hard. The apartment was much bigger than it looked in the photos. Lovely balcony to watch the waves. Excellent welcome pack with some basic groceries which was much appreciated . Chilled vibe on the beach and Rachel provides loads of loungers and umbrellas etc to use . Great having a washing machine . Quiet street but very handy for main road for buses . The Chinese restaurant down the road was good as is the roti shop, St Lawrence gap easy to access on foot or by bus for the Cafe Sol end. Loads of good options there .Check out Rebell Burger which is next to Dover Market and we also liked the Park Cafe next to the Massey stores in Worthing . Food tours with Lickrish were fun as was the 4x4 Island Safari. Definitely recommend ! Thanks Rachel !

Difficult to do this place justice in 1000 characters. Pre-arrival communication was fantastic, and clear driving instructions put me right where I needed to be. On arrival...simply breathtaking. House is perfect for whatever time you happen to be inside, but we enjoyed the pool and the patio the most. Amazing views, sounds and smells. House is very well stocked with all you might need. It felt like home and if we thought we needed to get something, more often than not it was already there. We missed our first night there because of a 3 hour flight delay, and ended up flying in on Easter. Because Gilles knew stores and restaurants would be closed, he offered to shop for us which we were so grateful for. His instructions in the house also are a trove of useful information, as was Gilles each time I messaged him on Whats App. Animals on property were cute and well behaved. Gilles' hospitality experience showed. We look forward to coming back.

The villa was absolutely beautiful! Extremely private with great views of the bay but still close enough to walk to the local restaurants and beach. The guest services office made us dinner reservations and excursions at our request. Couldn’t recommend enough!
