Welcome, this unit is less then a mile away from downtown Greenville which has a very nice assortment of restaurants, clubs and bars all in walking distance. You will be able to see the bridge light up every night from your bedroom window and back porch the house is placed directly beside the Greenville bridge and park which host many events/concerts on the weekends and it is connected to a 3 mile greenway great for walking/running/bike riding. The neighborhood is very friendly!

Upstairs we have a with queen bed and hang out area. The living area has a large TV projector and projector screen. We have security system, washer/dryer, screened in patio and two car garage.

This is unit C and the entrance is in the back and includes exclusive use of the back deck and back yard.
