Second bedroom with two twin beds. Third bedroom on second level with queen bed and workspace. Community has boat rentals and restaurant within walking distance.

Located in the heart of beautiful Mariners Landing resort and golf community. Perfect for a golf, lake or family getaway. Directly across the street is the fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, and the tennis, pickleball, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. Mariners Landing hosts a marina, golf course, two restaurants, coffee shop, two private beaches, three pools and of course golfing. Guests have access to all on-site amenities and receive a preferred rate on golf.

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.
