You can find open a 24/7 convenience store at the begining of the street (3 min. walking). Can sleep 6 commodly. 2 king size beds (one in each bedroom), 1 double bed in a Mezzanine. The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

Free guarded parking. we are 17 min from the airport. Condo has a huge pool, with a large children's area, beach lounge chairs, a restaurant on the beach, convenient store and coin laundry.
