Playa Caballeros : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Departamento muy bien ubicado, muy cerca a la playa, muy recomendable

Estadía muy cómoda, bonita estaba bien limpio y bastante completo. Anfitriona clara con las indicaciones, amable, atenta y comprensiva

Solo que tengan en cuenta el tema de la aislación sonora, es muy muy ruidoso desde muy temprano por la mañana. Es cuestión de mejorar la calidad de las aberturas / ventas con sistemas de vidrios dobles.

El condominio y el departamento están en excelente estado, bien cuidados y equipados para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Un verdadero gusto llegar a un lugar así. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con un excelente refrigerador con dispensador de hielo y agua, cafetera filtrada y más. Los televisores tienen aplicaciones de streaming habilitadas (usé Netflix, Amazon Prime Video y Disney+ sin problemas), y los equipos de sonido son de muy buena calidad. La decoración y el mobiliario crean un ambiente acogedor. El condominio funciona impecablemente, con instalaciones operativas, piscinas bien mantenidas y un restaurante práctico. Algunos detalles a considerar: el estacionamiento es algo justo (Toyota Rav4 con 20 cm de margen por lado). Los fines de semana hay más gente, pero el control de uso en la piscina familiar permite rotación y buen acceso. Destaco la comunicación con Giancarlo, siempre atento y rápido en responder. En resumen, una excelente estadía en un hermoso lugar.

This was our second stay at Cristie’s apartment. Before and at the time of our arrival she was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment is always immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It has a nice balcony, pool and a great ocean view. There is a couple of tennis courts very close to the building for tennis/pickleball lovers (pre-booking required). Cristie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made our experience wonderful and relaxing. We were provided with helpful recommendations for local restaurants and stores. She is the amazing host we always want to have. We cannot recommend Cristie and her property highly enough. Thanks so much, Cristie! We will be back for sure.

Fuimos en familia y el lugar y todo lo q necesitamos fue lo preciso, muy agradable, nos sentimos como en casa. Luciana siempre atenta a mis consultas, fue mi primera vez alquilando un Airb y ella me ayudo bastante. La casa impecable, muy completa, tenia hasta juegos de mesa, realmente no necesitaba llevar nada, todo muy limpio, la zona tranquila, bastante vigilancia y la vista increíble, me encantó, Luciana una anfitriona A1, gracias 🙂

Todo limpio y espacioso, buen lugar pasar en familia y dueños muy amables

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bonito, todo estuvo tal cual las fotos. Nos hubiera gustado que el agua de piscina fuera temperada por los niños pero aun así le ponemos 100 puntos en limpieza, orden y comunicación. Ni ganas de salir a la playa tuvimos, teníamos todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. Definitivamente regresaríamos.

We loved this little apartment. It was clean and modern. It was about a 12 to 13 minute walk to the beach and we really enjoyed it. We even had Eduardo‘s niece cook for us. She lives next-door. This was very convenient and delicious! Thank you for your hospitality.

Pasamos un fin de semana increíble, la casa es linda y tiene todas las comodidades 🤩 tiene de todo, sombrillas, sillas para la playa, y más… una terraza muy linda. Reyna y su esposo siempre atentos a todos los detalles y nos ayudaron con todos nuestros pedidos, buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc., y me dejaron un detalle muy bonito por mi cumpleaños 🎂 muchas gracias 🙏🏼

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

El apartamento tiene un vista muy buena, asimismo se encuentra bien equipado y organizado, Bárbara estuvo siempre presta a ayudarnos. Fue una muy buena estadía.

El apartamento es tal cual como aparece en las fotos, es un lugar muy cómodo, con excelente iluminación y ventilación. Super fresco el apartamento, acogedor y agradable. Sus anfitriones muy atentos y de rápida comunicación

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

Warm welcome, beautifully decorated and super clean apartment. It’s a short walk (1 block) to the main square, the park, the church, and the beach entrance. So many restaurants too. The family really takes care of their place and they are so quick to answer any questions. Sra. Vicky and her husband are super sweet! We felt warmly welcomed and had a great time! PS: beds are super comfortable!

Quiet and safe place. close to market and transportation. apartment in a building sharing with tenants and owners. Just some noise when dogs starting bark, But fortunately not at night and not noise at bedtime.
