The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

A private, peaceful retreat for book lovers and slow evenings. 0.5 mi to Hwy 240. Walk to river park. 5 min to downtown, PNNL, Kadlec, WSU. 15 min to Toyota Center, Convention Center, wineries, PSC airport. This quiet garden-level suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. Unwind by the wood fireplace, sink into a cloud-soft queen bed, relax on the shaded patio, and enjoy generous comforts including an in-unit washer/dryer.

Rv on an Acre

Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The RV is located next to the main house on an acre. 3 beds w/ private master bedroom. Through the gate, you will find a shared hot-tub, gazebo, bbq, firepit, kids playground , and plenty of room to relax under full grown trees. You also have your own dedicated parking spot. All of the essentials you need for your stay are provided. It is equipped with A/C that keeps up with the heat, as well as Gas and Power to run everything inside.
