Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. Adatto ad amanti della musica e di coloro che si adattano a fare un po' ginnastica lungo i nostri tipici passaggi liguri, se non si usa l'auto. 5minute beach on foot, through typical "caruggio", after having crossed the Aurelia road reached by a staircase under the house. The accommodation with independent access from the garden, used by guests for outdoor breakfasts, consists of 2 rooms: the living area for preparing breakfast (no cooker) equipped with: fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, milk warmer, table and sofa; the large double bedroom (16 sqm) with exclusive bathroom. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed in case of more guests. ATTENTION! NO kitchen, washing machine and TV, not suitable for long stays Possibility of outdoor parking.

Perfect base for enjoying the wonders of the city, its restaurants and for day trips to the towns of the region. The area is calm and safe and we are always available to give advice

A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito. Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

The suite is located in a very sought after address in Milano. Arco della Pace is a very Lively and green area with a magnificent square overlooking the Sforza Castle through the Sempione's Park. During the day you can enjoy a breakfast or a lunch in one of many bars and restaurant of the area and the evening is a very lively and trendy area for "aperitivo". We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !

The villa renovated at the end of 2024 to offer modern and comfortable accommodation, is located 150 meters from the lake and the equipped beach of the Lugana lido in a very quiet and green area. Lakeside paths that reach San Benedetto di Lugana, Peschiera del Garda, the historic center of SIrmione on foot or by bike, as well as the famous LUGANA typical wine cellars. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. Charming, luxury studio in historic building.

Fully renovated, charming flat in a historic building dating 16th century. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, is located in an internal court, so it's very quiet. It's only 4 minutes walk from the pedestrian area (and 7 minutes to the castle). The guests can also use our bicycles for free. The building has an internal garden, including a pond with goldfishes.

Precious studio apartment next to Ieo hospital

The apartment is located very closed to Ieo hospital (3 bus stops or 20 minutes walking). It has been recently completely renovated and refurnished. It is completely independent and very comfortable. The kitchen is for guests only; and 4 people can fit in it because the sofa bed located under the loft is a double bed. We ask an extra 10 euros for the extra people.
