With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. A comfortable ground floor apartment located alongside to our cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally created as a self contained home for my parents has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. It offers wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower with grab handles, and a raised toilet. An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are with very comfortable high backed electric recliner chairs.
