This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. We are located in Podstrana, which is located between Split and Omis. The house is located near the sea (150m) and we have our own parking lot. Near the house there is a promenade by the sea and many additional facilities that can be visited on foot. The apartment has a large covered and arranged terrace and a beautiful view of the sea and city Split. It is modernly decorated. Our family produces homemade wine, prosecco, beer and extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy our accommodation with your family.
