Poggio dei Pini : locations de vacances avec accès à un lac

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'alloggio, un'ottima base per esplorare la zona di Cagliari e la costa meridionale bellissima della Sardegna. La casa è molto carina, con un giardino curatissimo pieno di piante e fiori colorati dove rilassarsi al ritorno dal mare. Un posto tranquillo, silenzioso e confortevole. Il nostro alloggio, spazioso e molto grazioso, con tutti i confort per trascorrere un'ottima vacanza. Io e il mio compagno Enzo ci siamo trovati benissimo con il nostro ospite Sandro: una persona veramente gentile, disponibile, accogliente e amichevole che ci ha anche fornito tanti consigli utili per le nostre gite giornaliere e che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

L’appartamento era molto carino, spazioso e ben arredato. La cucina aveva tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno. Alice gentilissima, la domenica ci ha portato dei dolcetti sardi che erano buonissimi! Consigliato !

Wir waren mit vier Personen im Juli eine Woche in Notteri. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse, die über einen schönen Turm (für Kinder spannend) erreichbar ist, ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt nur eine Filterkaffee-Maschine, aber wir nehmen eh immer unsere Senseo mit. Spülmittel, Schwamm, Geschirrtücher, Geschirrspüler mit Pads für den Anfang - alles vorhanden. Für die Elektrogeräte sind genügend Adapter vorhanden und auch einige Gesellschaftsspiele. Der Innenhof ist groß und gut beschattet. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Raffaelle (der ‚Hausmeister‘) war sehr gut erreichbar und hat sofort geholfen. Das einzige was uns teilweise gefehlt hat war eine Klimaanlage. In den Schlafzimmern wurde es doch sehr heiß, allerdings war es zu unserer Zeit auch sehr heiß mit 38 Grad. Für jedes Fenster gibt es einen Mückenschutz. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

This has been by far the most professional airbnb I've been in so far. Prior to our arrival we received a video in which Alessandro showed us all the specifications of the appartment, how to log in etc. On top of that we got a welcoming book with all the details and a lot of suggestions for trips in the area. During our stay, every time we had a question, Alessandro was there with a quick response. The apartment is wonderfully located, just a 4 minute walk away from the beach, the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you Alessandro for a great vacation

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten (und noch mehr) und es ist alles sehr sauber. Antonio ist sehr freundlich und ein angenehmer Gastgeber. Der Pool und die Nähe zum Meer haben uns sehr gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.

Riccardo was a great host, he provided us with information about the accommodation and check-in right from the start and even created his own website with tips about the surrounding area and excursions. The accommodation is in a small village from where you can visit many beautiful beaches and hiking locations, as well as the town of Cagliri. There is also a great pizzeria right next to the house. The accommodation, especially the outdoor area, is designed with a lot of love and you could spend a nice time here, especially the pool was a great refreshment. Riccardo also provided us with a parasol, which we were allowed to take to the beach. All in all, we can recommend Riccardo's accommodation, as well as him and his mum as hosts!

The apartment is very nice and clean, in a quiet and beautiful area. Everything is within reach, you can easily reach everything. From the various beautiful beaches, small towns or the city center of Cagliari. Federica is very warmly, when we arrived at the apartment, she took her time and explained everything to us. She recommends many restaurants and things to do in the Cagliari area. We felt very comfortable and if there were any questions, Federica was immediately available. Thank you Federica❤️😊

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Simone. L appartement est propre, bien équipé et identique à la description. Le cadre extérieur avec piscine et jardin sont appréciables. Le quartier est calme. Un endroit paisible pour se reposer et se déconnecter. Simone est un super hôte. Il est très réactif et à l'ecoute. Il nous a bien conseillé sur les plages où se baigner. Il est aussi très généreux. Il nous a offert des légumes et il nous a proposé une soirée pizza.Nous avons passé un super moment avec les autres hôtes. Nous recommandons!

Le logement est très bien situé, au calme mais pas loin de la ville (20min) et de la plage (10 min) qui étaient accessibles à pieds. L’espace extérieur est très agréable. L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Marie-Antonietta nous a accueillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attentions, elle nous a offert des biscuits et du vin, et a demandé à son fils de venir pour traduire en anglais à notre arrivée pour tout nous expliquer. On recommande !
