Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

The backyard oasisis of the lake is ideal for BBQing or just watching the beautiful sunsets. Complete kitchen, gas stove and stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher. Acquired in 2019, The Lakeview was cleaned corner to corner, freshly painted, and all linens were replaced with new comfortable pillows, high thread count sheets, and towels. 1 bedroom has a queen bed, the other has 2 twin beds.There is also a full sized couch. All linens are included. Steps away from restaurants and local marinas.Parking is available
