Five minutes walk from Ponsonby Road, this ground floor apartment has been freshly set up to suit visitors who want to be at the heart of Auckland's best-loved shopping and dining district or who need a base to work from on a business trip. It's a peaceful, self-contained, non-smoking space below the owner's own home with its own entry, an en suite bathroom, a large desk, a fridge and tea or coffee making facilities. We do not have off-street parking or parking in available in the building garage. A short stroll from Our Place is Mount Eden Village, full of cafes, restaurants, and specialty stores. Or you are just 2km from the new Westfield Newmarket shopping mall and 5km to Auckland CBD if you’re keen for shopping and more dining choices.

The bedroom features a queen bed and quality linen. Breakfast is provided consisting of cereal, bagels/toast, plunger coffee/ teas and preserves.

Hi Everyone, Our apartment is modern, quiet and comfortable. Set In a nice neighborhood in cool hip Titirangi. Enjoy the peacefulness and amazing nature of west Auckland and only a short drive to the bright lights of the city and Auckland airport(25-30 min by car). We supply a welcome breakfast hamper for when you first arrive as you may not want to go shopping after a long journey, this does not get replenished.
