Polignano a Mare : locations de maisons de vacances près de la plage

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Davide’s place was just like his listing. Very clean and spacious and a great host. We had a wonderful stay. Restaurants at your door step and so close to the ocean. The atmosphere of the locals made it feel authentic.

I loved this apartment so much! It is spacious, exquisitely decorated, and there are treasures at every turn. In addition to having wonderful style, it was also really comfortable (the bed was great!) with everything I needed for my week-long stay. The location is central and the view from the kitchen is really special, looking over il porto vecchio (the old port); I will miss watching the fisherman prepare for their day as well as the light had everything sparkle. On top of that, Fabrizio! He is such an incredible host: so kind and generous, he was available to help me with anything I needed. His exceptional hospitality made me feel really at home in Monopoli. I look forward to returning to stay at this magical place soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Maira was a fabulous host and the Lamanna Summer House did not disappoint. Great location, everything was walkable, lots of character and peaceful.

Gute Lage, Bäckerei, kleine Supermärkte und Lokale in der Nähe. Trotz Erdgeschoß ruhig und angemehm mit Blick auf das Meer. Kleine Strände in gehweite ... vor der Türe und nicht weit weg. 10 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt, Parkplatz vor der Türe (kostenfrei). Eine super Unterkunft - auch für Familien gut geeignet.

Ten pobyt będę wspominać na długo. Przepiękna lokalizacja tuż przy porcie i dom z duszą, pełen zabytkowych mebli i pięknych dekoracji. Przyjemny chłód w mieszkaniu, idealny podczas upalnego urlopu. Wygodne łóżko, ładne patio, na którym można zjeść śniadanie i gospodarz, który był niezwykle pomocny i miły. Polecam w 100% ❤️

Appartamento situato nella centralissima piazza di Polignano, molto pulito, luminoso ed arredato con stile. Non adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie o bimbi molto piccoli perché si sviluppa su più piani con scale non agevoli (come tutte le abitazioni della zona). Splendido affaccio dalla terrazza sulla città. Peccato che un piccolo disservizio legato alla vasca idromassaggio in terrazza non funzionante (forse per il maltempo che ha mandato in tilt la centralina), per il quale comunque l’host si è prodigato inviando due volte dei tecnici che però non hanno potuto risolvere nell’immediato. Unico difetto è la rumorosità anche fino a tarda notte della piazza antistante e dei principali locali del centro storico che insistono sulla stessa. Per il resto consigliatissimo

Location meravigliosa e host fantastici. Il posto è in una zona strategica a due passi da luoghi stupendi, raccomandato.

Gyönyörű, modern, elegáns otthon Baritól északra, ahol mindent megtalálsz amire szükséged lehet. Békés, szép környezet, zárt lakóparkban, ezért teljesen biztonságos. A legközelebbi tömegközlekedés kb 2 km, ezért bérelt autóval vagy taxival ajánlott. Anton több mint tökéletes házigazda, mindent megtett értünk, mindenben segített, nagyon örülünk hogy megismertük, remélem visszajövünk még! Köszönjük Anton!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Flowers Cottage. Giovanna was there to greet us and show us around the beautiful property. She provided snacks and some things for the refrigerator to start. There was even champagne and a bottle of wine! She thought of everything you could possibly need for a long stay. There was so much outside space to relax in. You could choose a different area depending on your mood. The pool was a delightful addition. She was there for all my questions throughout the trip. We couldn’t have had a better host in my opinion.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Perfect flat for exploring Polignano and the area around. There was building work next door, which was a bit unfortunate, but just unlucky. All in all the flat has what you need, and is super comfortable. The hosts were helpful with tours as well.

Co tu dużo pisać, miejsce w 100% do polecenia. Wszędzie blisko, w samym centrum, blisko plaży, dworca, w sercu życia miasteczka. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste. Jest to dość duża przestrzec, nie ma ścisku, można swobodnie funkcjonować w tym mieszkaniu. Polecam, nie warto sie zastanawiać.

great location, close to where we needed to be. I liked not having to carry a key around as they had a code to get in. Enzo was very helpful with the local knowledge and different places to go which was so lovely!

Thanks a lot for the stay! We felt like at home. We were helped quickly whenever asked for that.

Wir haben unsere Herbstferien in Francescos Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Restaurants in Laufweite, mitten in der Altstadt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, alles war toll. Besonders großartig fand ich die Dachterrasse mit Outdoorküche. Mega. Man muss wissen, die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt an einem Dorfplatz gelegen, von daher ist man "mittendrin statt nur dabei" 😁

La estancia en el apartamento de Luciano ha sido maravillosa! Aparte de que la localización es excelente y las comodidades de verdadero lujo (el jacuzzi es estupendo!), Luciano ha sido un anfitrión atento y encantador, que no ha dudado en ofrecernos consejos, focaccia, y hasta nos ha regalado un vino de su bodega. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marica’s beautiful apartment. It was perfectly located, very close to the old town, but a bit off the beaten path track and very peaceful and quiet. Marica and her partner were very responsive and friendly, and helped us out with a variety of questions and concerns, always very quickly. We thought this was a great find!

L’un des meilleurs logements que nous avons pu réservé sur Airbnb: un charme fou, très bien entretenu et on ne peut mieux placé. Hautement recommandé
