The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. We have always felt that taking care of our family and friends were the top priority. An outdoor enthusiasts dream. This authentic log cabin is just a few miles from the National forest and CMA headquarters. It's about 15 miles from the bike trails, restaurants, and shopping of Mena. Surrounded by nature but on a paved road this place is the perfect base for all your outdoor adventures, as it is both peaceful and accessible. Come unplug and relax at our cozy little cabin in the woods. The cabin was originally built, by hand, by our family almost 50 years ago. A few years ago, we had the chance to purchase the cabin again, and have fully remodeled it (all of the work was by those original builders!). It has become our rustic getaway with modern conveniences. We hope you love it as much as our family does!

Near Mena, Arkansas, the Rose Cottage is a mountain cabin residing near historic Bethesda Lake. Bethesda Lake is an 11 acre stocked spring fed mountain lake with extraordinary mountain views! Fishing/swimming/kayaking (kayaks provided)! Ride in to Wolf Pen Gap west trail head is 5-10 minutes away. It is located on paved roads and is about 4 miles from the city of Mena.

The ATV Shack is on 4 acres bordering the Ouachita National Forest and just minutes from the south trailhead of Wolf Pen Gap. We also have a beautiful view of Eagle Mountain from our front porch!
