My girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful NC house and we loved it!! It was a nice way to get away from the city and have a relaxing weekend full of board games, baking Halloween cookies and treating ourselves to an in house spa night. The house was so beautiful and we were obsessed with all the themed rooms. The hot tub was of course a hit! The house is also near great hiking spots. We did a hike inside the neighborhood and we also went to Chimney Rock State Park, which isn’t far from the house. We ended our weekend at the neighborhood restaurant which had plenty of yummy food options and beautiful scenery to take lots of photos at! We absolutely loved in and would go back again!

This house was very convenient for horse showing at TIEC. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking quick meals, and the beds were comfortable. Gray was super easy to communicate with and always very helpful. Will definitely keep this place on my favorites list for next time.

I LOVED staying at this beautiful home. It's a perfect location right on the lake. It's quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The house itself is clean and comfortable, well-stocked kitchen and incredible amenities. The bedrooms are comfy and all have a great view of the lake. The upper decks are a great place to relax and enjoy the incredible view. There is so much to do here. In the house they have ping pong, air hockey, and TVs. Outside, there's a firepit, they have kayaks and paddle boards available to take out on the lake. There is also a private dock with a motorboat that you can make arrangements to take on the lake. And of course the HOT TUB was such a great touch! The hosts were extremely communicative and pro-active and available to assist with all my questions. The check-in process was seamless. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything I wanted it to be. This was truly a perfect place for a relaxing and fun weekend with great hosts and an amazing location!

What a gem this place is. It’s like something out of a movie! The cutest home, beautiful scenery, private location, quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for on our spur of the moment trip to the mountains. My kids loved it. It’s never easy to please everyone, but they all truly enjoyed this home. We will definitely come back again. Very friendly, accommodating and responsive hosts! Thank you for having us and being so flexible with our last minute visit. Gorgeous place. The perfect mountain getaway!

We will be back! The house was so thoughtfully appointed with everything we could need. The hosts seem to really care about their guests’ experience. We prepared and shared Thanksgiving dinner in this home and it was a delightful experience. The host even checked the kitchen before hand to make sure it was fully stocked for us. Beautiful home, tastefully decorated, and the beds were comfy! Loved our stay here.

We had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s home. Her parents, Ed and Kay welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They provided wine and delicious snacks for us and also gave us passes to Rumbling Bald. The place is right on the lake and absolutely beautiful. The inside is much more beautiful than in the pictures, as it is tastefully decorated and good quality linens and towels were provided. They had every thing available that we could need, expensive toiletries and plenty of floats and kayaks. I can’t say i’ve ever stayed at an air bnb that was so thoughtfully appointed before. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here! The amenities were wonderful! Our kids loved the pool and the beach at the lake. Lots to do in this area! Jamie was super sweet and very responsive and helpful! She also makes great recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

Tammy’s place was amazing! Probably the cleanest AirB&B I have resided in. Pictures don’t do the place justice! I would say you have to experience it to understand! The hospitality was off the charts and we even had welcoming snacks waiting on us when when we arrive even though we arrived late. It’s a great getaway that allows you to decompress from daily living. I would recommend this place to everyone! The only complaint that I had was that there was a South Carolina flag at the entrance but don’t worry I will bring a Georgia one the next time I stay! It’s a 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back!

We’ve been to Rumbling Bald multiple times and this has been my favorite residence of all! It’s easily accessible, has tons of space, and is well equipped. But the host and her proactiveness and accessibility are what make outstanding. We absolutely loved our time there and hope to make it back again sometime!

We felt very lucky to find this place in a pinch. Our other air bnb that we booked a month+ ago had frozen water pipes. Tamera responded very quickly to our panicked, last minute booking. The place is immaculate. We had everything we needed. We were grateful for our stay here.

Great place to stay - a covered outdoor seating area with a great view is provided and the room is just as pictured. Very clean and quiet - just what we were looking for. We are very happy with our stay.

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

Wonderful cabin nestled in the woods. You feel secluded but aren’t far away from Hendersonville or local things to do. The cabin was great—clean, had everything we needed, and the extra touches that make it feel like home. My dog loved the huge property and I loved that it was fenced in and safe so he could run around off leash. Brian and Michele were lovely and made check in and check out easy (no crazy list of things to do when checking out like a lot of airbnbs!). Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in the area!

This is the second trip we have made to this location over the last couple years. The location right on Lake Bowen and the large screened porch make for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation! Very well maintained and owner is super helpful with instructions and helpful tips.

The Cottage at Lake Lure provided unmatched views and a relaxed and peaceful retreat. Outdoor spaces are beautiful but unfortunately the boat house that was present at the time of booking had been taken down by the time of our stay, reducing the ability to be on the lake. Access to paddleboards and kayaks a plus and the ability to rent a pontoon was a wonderful bonus. Wifi access was spotty and phone service challenging - this provided some challenges to individuals who planned to work a remote day from the booking. Overall a great stay with fire pit, grill, time on the water, and gorgeous scenery.

This was my second visit to Marthas and once again it did not disappoint. This time we decided to book specifically for a father son fishing trip. We had a blast caught plenty bass blue gill and some catfish. I normally never catch any bass but they were pumping on my hook all weekend. Martha is always helpful very responsive and so polite she always leaves a little snack in kitchen when you enter. The furniture is cozy and very comfortable the setting is relaxing and beautiful view. The neighbors are polite great restaurants nearby and easy to drive to with many grocery stores close by the locals are so friendly and welcoming.

Great location with quick access to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Happy with our decision to book this cabin for the week.

Cute, cozy, felt right at home! The screened in porch and hot tub were an added bonus that we truly enjoyed.

What an amazing gem for a family with kids to stay at! We are super grateful to have found this cozy cottage for our roadtrip stay in the area. We had everything we needed, all arranged and neatly explained. Would love to stay again 🙂

Wonderful stay at the happy red cabin! It’s a special place perfect for unwinding and unplugging. The town of Saluda has excellent food and lots of nature around to explore. The cabin is comfortable and clean, also private and quiet. We will definitely return!
