Situated in the garden of our home, overlooking a beautiful mature willow, guests will find parking beside the garage leading to a private doorway with stairs up to the Studio.

Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Lakeside Barn is a newly refurbished luxury modern one bedroom barn conversion. It has retained it's original charming features such as high ceilings and beams. Lakeside Barn consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads onto spacious double bedroom and modern stylish bathroom. The floor is tiled throughout with cosy underfloor heating. Surrounding the barn there is a large patio area overlooking our beautiful lake with stunning panoramic views of the Somerset countryside.

The Hidey Hole is a charming one bedroom cottage, accessed via a pretty central courtyard. Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

Henley House Annex - Rooms with a view

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Piggery at Cradlebridge Farm

We are pleased to offer our refurbished conversion which in its previous life was an open barn, pig sty and engine house. It has been updated to provide a comfortable setting suitable for a relaxing getaway. Guests have their own entrance hall, large sitting room with wood burner, snug, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Spacious bedroom with shower room. There is a private outside seating area and garden, but you may choose to explore the open countryside which is all around.

‘Big Cottage’ is situated in the grounds of Fenny Castle House. Located on the bank of the River Sheppey; on the edge of the Somerset Levels and Mendip Hills AONB, midway between Wells and Glastonbury. The Cottage benefits from a shared garden and the use of the tennis court. The cottage has been beautifully converted and decorated by the owners and offers and all the home comforts that you could wish for; comfy furnishings, wood burning stove, super-fast broadband and a smart TV.

Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature.
