Modern 2 bedroom apartment in Banjole just 300m away far from the beach. The property covers 60m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 4+1. In the kitchen you can find kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, etc. provided, electric cooker, number of rings 4, oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom is equiped with toilet and a shower. Air conditioning included in the price and each room has it's own aircondition unit, Internet-TV, Internet (WLAN), use free of charge. Prices includes following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, tax and water. Terrace is own private terrace in front up the stairs with gas grill. Outside area is shared garden 400 m2, barbecue gas and wood as well, free parking, children playground and garden furniture. Washing machine at the landlord. Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
