Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Georgian Welsh Cottage built in 1790

Dyffryn is old school Airbnb. It's not an investment property, but a much-loved home. You will be staying in an authentic Welsh Farmhouse with rustic furniture and lime-washed walls. We have a large, south-facing garden with a fire pit and an ample outdoor dining table. We are walking distance from the pub and local shop, the beach is 30 mins away, yet you'll feel deep in the countryside on our tranquil lane. The internet is rural. We are not powered by AI, in fact we are going the other way.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Y Caban -Private cosy cabin in heart of Wales

Y Caban is a newly completed one bedroom cabin located in the lovely mature grounds of our 30 acre holding and enjoys uninterrupted views of the three counties of West Wales; Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokshire. You will have the benefit of your own spacious quarter acre private lawn area, garden furniture, bbq and outdoor wood burning stove for those chilly star gazing nights. Y Caban is within a dog safe boundary area enabling you to relax & your pet to safely explore the garden.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Bluehill Cabin (the old pig shed) provides a private haven of comfort & peace. A cosy rural escape from busy life, stunning views & dark, star filled skies. Totally relax, watch the cows grazing and enjoy the views. With a Telescope to look out across the Welsh Hills & Stargaze, enjoy the Fire-Pit & watch the sun go down. You can meet our Highland Cows, the Horses & Chickens (all included). Close to forest tracks and the beaches of Aberaeron & New Quay for dolphin spotting & watersports.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

Capel Cwtch

The Cwtch is a private guest suite in the garden of our home: a 1870 chapel. It is situated between New Quay and Cardigan conveniently off the A487. Guests will enjoy the light and airy room with a lovely outlook. People staying will have sole use of the hot tub and garden spaces. There is also an outside bar/kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, table top oven, air fryer, George Foreman grill and kettle. There is off street parking.

Beehive Cottage.

‘Bwthyn Cwch Y Gwenyn’ or ‘Beehive Cottage’ was built as a Coach House in 1884. With thick stone walls, central heating and a log burner, it’s now a cosy place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Teifi Valley. The river is renowned for great fishing and kayaking, and the surrounding area is popular with walkers and cyclists. 2 night minimum stay.
