There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Fully modernised and sympathetically restored with a wood burner, TV, modern bathroom and outside patio and garden space. Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. Dogs are welcome

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.
