"Summit House" is a big holiday home with spectacular 180 degree sea and river views. Its a 50m walk to the beach and lagoon of the Bushmans River in Kenton on Sea on the E Cape's sunshine coast, and a 5 min drive to the Kariga river lagoon and beach Its an hour's drive to the Addo elephant park and 15 mins to 2 big 5 reserves. The town has lots of restaurants, shops, medical and vet help The house has a comfortable deck, inside and outside dining spaces, and a large well equipped kitchen.

Villa Sunshine

Eine Villa am Indischen Ozean, auf der Rückseite ein wunderschöner Golfplatz. Dort kann man nicht nur die Springböcke beobachten, sondern auch jede Menge Vögel hören, Schildkröten sehen. Von jedem Zimmer im Haus hat man Meerblick und mit etwas Glück sieht man die Wale vorbeiziehen, Delphine springen. Oder einfach nur das Meeresrauschen genießen. Strandspaziergänge am Sandstrand oder ein Bad im eigenen Pool, tragen zur besten Erholung bei. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

The bottom floor of the beachouse is a separate unit with private entrance and comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a bath , basin and toilet and separate shower with a basin and a washing machine. The spacious open plan living room and kitchen has a deck on the beachfront. The property is on the beach with 180 degree seaviews from all rooms. Bedroom 2 has a handbasin. A maximum of 5 poeple is allowed. There is an extra single bed in the livingroom. A lockup garage is available.
