Una experiencia maravillosa!" Nos encantó nuestra estancia en estos apartamentos junto al mar. La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo unos pasos de la playa, con unas vistas espectaculares y un ambiente muy tranquilo. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio, bien equipado y decorado con mucho gusto. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, nos encantaría volver. ¡Muy recomendado!

Die Unterkunft war super für unseren 5-tägigen Rennradurlaub! Super sauber! Es ist alles da was man braucht! Manuel war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar!

Joana was an amazing host!! Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely come back and stay at Joana’s place. She left us some gifts when we checked in and it was the most thoughtful thing a host has ever done. Her apartment is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even beach towels and after sun for the sun burns. She was also able to accommodate our checkout timing so we are thankful!

Nos encantó el departamento, esta super bien ubicado a 1 cuadra de la playa y la zona es tranquila. El departamento tiene todo para cocinar, pensaron en todos los detalles. Primera vez que me hospedo en un lugar que tiene todo lo que un huésped puede necesitar. Nos sentimos felices ahí y muy lindo detalle que nos dejó Juan una galletas, fruta y vino para nuestra llegada. Me quedaría en esta propiedad siempre!!! Me encantó Alcudia y el departamento es fantástico. Gracias !!

Ich bin nun zum zweiten Mal in Pacos und Montses Ferienwohnung gewesen und war auch dieses Mal wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war klasse und unsere An- und Abreisezeiten wurden an unseren Check-in und Check-out angepasst. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und der Blick vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer auf das Meer unbezahlbar! Die Wohnung befindet sich in son Bauló in der Nähe von C‘an Picafort direkt an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand mit Beachbar und anliegendem Naturschutzgebiet. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Geschehen, genießt aber gleichzeitig seine Ruhe am Rand von C‘an Picafort, wo sich nicht so viele Touristen tummeln. Paco und Montse sind sehr freundliche Vermieter und sofort da, wenn man Fragen hat. Meine Familie und ich kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!! Linda

Eine moderne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick, eigenem Strandzugang und eigener Garage. Der Balkon und die Dachterrasse sind super schön. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch für Kinder. Die Kommunikation mit Pilar verlief reibungslos und zuverlässig. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Manuel&Inés lakása a belvárosban van, csak 1 perc séta a tengerpart, a kikötő és strand. A teraszról szép kilátás van a környező hegyekre. A központi elhelyezkedés ellenére csendes környék. A lakás mindennel nagyon jól fel van szerelve, érezni hogy a házigazdák mindenre gondoltak amire szüksége lehet egy utazónak. Teljes értékű a konyha is, aki szeret főzni/sütni itt lehetősége van rá. A házigazdákkal személyesen nem találkoztunk, de érkezés előtt minden szükséges információt megkaptunk és sok hasznos javaslatot is. Mivel a kikötőnél az autóparkoló áprilisban még ingyenes, így mindig le tudtunk parkolni a lakás közelében. Szívesen jönnénk máskor is. Köszönjük a lehetőséget!

Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Die Villa ist größer als auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation ist etwas schwierig wenn man kein Spanisch spricht, funktioniert aber mit einem Übersetzer. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in gehdistanz zu erreichen.

Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour séjourner sur l’île. Eric et sandrine

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue excelente. La vivienda es muy cómoda, está bien equipada y no le falta detalle: desde utensilios de cocina hasta productos básicos para el día a día, todo estaba disponible. Las habitaciones son amplias, agradables y cada una cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más confortable. La zona es tranquila pero bien conectada, ideal para descansar sin estar lejos de los principales puntos de interés. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy fluida en todo momento. Además, fueron muy flexibles con los horarios, permitiéndonos entrar antes y salir más tarde, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. Como punto a mejorar, la presión del agua era un poco baja y la ducha tardaba en calentarse. En general, recomendamos mucho esta casa y sin duda volveríamos.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Unterkunft und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr gut, Restaurants, kostenloser Parkplatz und Geschäfte sind einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer kein Mietauto hat, kann den nahegelegenen Bus nutzen. Unser Host war immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Pool ist toll, um sich zu erfrischen, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt reichlich Handtücher und das Haus ist sauber. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, man hat das Gefühl, bei jemandem privat untergekommen zu sein. Die obere Etage ist etwas abgetrennt vom Rest des Hauses und hat neben dem Bad und dem Schlafzimmer ein Vorzimmer mit Sofa und Gitterbett, es können so z.B. zwei Familien oder mehrere Generationen gut zusammen leben, ohne sich in die Quere zu kommen. Wir würden alle gerne wiederkommen.

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft von Enrique untergekommen und können das Haus nach wie vor empfehlen. Es hat alles gepasst und wir haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. la proximité de la plage est très apréciable ainsi que la piscine dans le lotissement. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles en voiture et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin.

Peter and Charlottes place outside Ariany is really something special The property is beautiful, huge, and very secluded. We spent two weeks there with our two kids and we had so much fun. Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could ask for and the entire house has that rustic Spanish feeling. On top of that the pool area was just wonderful! I think we spent most of our time here. The closest beach "Muro" was also wonderful. And here you also have good grocery shopping. Otherwise Ariany is a fairly small but cute town. Peter and Charlotte were super friendly, responsive, and easy to get along with. We would love to come back!

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Schöne Wohnung und die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer traumhaft! Kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et paisible. L'emplacement est plutôt bien pour visiter l'île. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine même fraîche (normal pour une fin avril). Merci à Christobald pour son accueil.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

Alojamiento excelente. A 5 minutos de la playa andando. Está muy limpio y tiene de todo, incluso TV con netflix. El dueño estaba siempre atento y la comunicación fue muy fluida, además nos dio todas las facilidades para la llegada. La urbanizacion tiene piscina y se aparca muy fácil en las calles aledañas, sin pagar. Terraza estupenda sin que dé a la calle de los bares, por lo que se puede dormir bien.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Wir haben auf Mallorca Familienferien gemacht und die Unterkunft von Teresa war genau richtig. Es ist alles was man so benötigt in der Wohnug vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine geniale schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit Teresa hat immer super funktioniert.

Recomendable 💯! La anfitriona es comunicativa y súper amable. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades y la comunicación fue muy fluida. El apartamento es suficiente, muy cómodo el baño pequeño extra, las camas y las almohadas. Bien equipado en la cocina. La piscina del bloque es bastante tranquila y amplia. Y las vistas a la playa, inmejorables. Gracias por tu disponibilidad y cuidado, Nora!
