This well equipped cottage is situated only minutes from sandy beaches and hiking trails and is the perfect start to your vacation.

Beachview Apartment Rental

This is a private, large, bright, air conditioned and fully equipped apartment. Pets are welcomed. There are two patios that guests can use with a bbq. The apartment has a view and access to one of the 5 beaches that the community of Port Hood boasts. From our location it is a 5-10 minutes walk to the local Bistro and 15 minute walk into the village. The surrounding area includes restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and many musical events especially during the summer and fall seasons.

Base your next Cape Breton adventure getaway from the Strait Sunset View. Enjoy the stunning views of sunsets, boats moving in and out of the harbour and wildlife moving past on the Strait of Canso from our front porch, which is also conveniently located on Granville Street in Port Hawkesbury: walking distance to many local amenities. Many Cape Breton highlights are a day trip away: from Port Hood beach, to tubing the Margaree river, Big Spruce Brewery, Cabot Links and incredible hikes.

Paved driveway that can accommodate 4-5 cars. Spacious 1 floor home. Well kept home. Very clean throughout. Large Open concept dining room & kitchen. Sit at the kitchen table and take in the Straight of Canso. Breath taking view. Use the home as a HUB and take your day trips throughout Cape Breton.

The Worn Doorstep - Queen Suite

Save $$ on longer stays! Air-conditioned suite with private entrance on the lower level of a family home. Including, a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea facilities, and toaster. There is a shared barbeque for guest use. Check-in instructions will be sent via the Airbnb app. Please read carefully prior to your arrival. **We live on main floor so foot traffic and our dogs may be heard. Only 1 parking spot per room.**

The cottage has a large screened sun room and 3 outdoor deck spaces to relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets. High speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, and BBQ. Have fun outside with 2 stand-up-paddle boards, kayak, 2 adult bikes, life jackets, and an out door fire place!

Conveniently located 1 km from a Café Bakery, 2 km from a Bistro, 300 feet from NSLC and across the road from the Celtic Shores Coastal Trail. This apartment has a private entrance, and plenty of space for you to unwind and relax with your own private deck and BBQ.

Comfy Cozy Studio Cottage

Comfy cozy cottage centrally located on the gateway to the Cabot Trail, minutes from the Canso Causeway! Situated on a hobby farm, this cozy cottage offers a peaceful setting close to all the highlights Cape Breton has to offer! Clean, fresh and comfy. We have closed for the winter months. Bothan Beag - Tiny House on the Water

Our 25’ x 8.5’ tiny house is situated on a beautiful secluded piece of ocean front property in Port Hood with a secluded beach and spacious deck. There is a loft with a queen sized bed and a sofa in the main area that turns into a double bed. There is a 3 piece bathroom in the back underneath the loft as well as a second small private room with enough space to set up a pack n' play.
