Carnawn has lovely sea views and overlooks the beautiful cove of Port Gaverne where you can swim, paddle board, kayak or just chill on the beach. It's an excellent base to cover other areas of Cornwall. Picturesque Port Isaac Harbour is a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Parking for 2 cars only Pop's Place is an Annexe to Carnawn which has its own separate entrance. Max 2 dogs. £5 per night per dog please add to your booking.

Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Or cook your own bought fresh from the fish cellars yards from your door. Sea views of the harbour from the sitting room and main bedroom you can lie and listen to the waves

‘Pendora’ is a well appointed 3 bedroom home within a stones throw from the beach. Walking distance (albeit all uphill coming back) from local cafes & a pub & of course award winning Crackington Haven beach. Ground floor features living & dining area, kitchen, a twin room, a single room & family shower room. Access onto the balcony from the living/dining area with BBQ. Upstairs for the master suite with en-suite bathroom & views. Pets are welcome however they’ll be an additional cleaning fee.

Spend the day watching the boats in the harbour with stunning views over the ocean, village and valley. Spacious bungalow, sleeping 6, with log burner and long balcony overlooking the view. Gully View enjoys a quiet location at the top of the hill, with a pretty hillside garden in addition to the terrace connected to the house. Snuggle up by the log burner on colder days and store your watersports and beach kit in the separate utility. Gully View also enjoys its own driveway for easy parking

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Welcome to our home from home. We come here as often as we can to get outdoors, splash in the sea, or sit in the pub and play games with the kids. Please make yourself comfortable and help yourself reasonably to anything you may need to use, i.e. toys, games, water sports equipment - Stand up Paddleboards. Parking for 2 family sized cars. (It’s tight but it works) The house is pet and human friendly. We truly hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Port Gaverne (Port Issac) North Cornwall.

The property benefits from its own patio, parking and makes for a relaxing base, perfect for making those special holiday memories together. Cairnsmore is a semi-detached property and we welcome one pet, £8 pn.

Stanley House is in the heart of the famous Cornish fishing village of Port Isaac. It was once a corn chandlers & for many years after it was a bakery. It was recently used in the final series of Doc Martin! The harbour & beach are a few seconds’ walk down Fore Street. There are a number of family-friendly pubs & restaurants in Port Isaac & neighbouring Port Gaverne, all within walking distance.
