This was a return stay after first visiting last year, and we stayed longer this time. We enjoyed the beachy vibe of the Magnolia Beach area with plenty of options for walking and birding. The setting of the property —Gulf within view from the front and wetlands from the back, with screen porches for both —suited us perfectly. Paul is a great host, and we’re hoping to return next year!

Cute little house, not far from the water and great fishing. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and a terrific host.

Super fun space! This is obviously the best rental in town, really stands out on the beach with its fun colors and party lights. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach, collect shells, meet friendly folks camping in adventure vans, etc. Clean and simple space, really communicative hosts!

We live only 20 minutes away and wanted to take the kids for a weekend getaway since we no longer have our place in poc. The house was nice, can fit plenty people and right down from the beach. Great stay!

It was a fantastic 2-night, 3-day getaway! The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The private pier allowed us to enjoy fishing late into the night without any disturbances. Communication was quick and efficient, making everything smooth and hassle-free. I would love to visit again next time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My second stay here was just like the first one, wonderful experience. We had a small mechanical issue and it was addressed immediately. I brought my cousins down to fish and they enjoyed it as well. This is my go to stay for fishing trips! Thank you Preston and Lisa!
