Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., and avoid slamming doors or hosting parties. Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10.45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. ⏰ Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you arrive later, let us know in advance; late arrivals incur an additional fee depending on the time: -MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8pm to 12am :40 € from 12am: 60€ SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS Until 8pm: 30€ from 8pm: 60€. Payment must be made in cash at check-in. ⏰ Check-out Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If there’s no new booking for the day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until your departure; let us know if you need a late check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.

El apartamento es amplio y equipado y es como una gran terraza al mar y la ciudad. Desde el apartamento siempre estas viendo la ciudad las 24 horas y la puesta del sol cada tarde en frente. People under 35 years old are not allowed except families. The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Failure to comply with these rules or if we have complaints about bad behavior, implies the loss of the deposit and expulsion from the apartment. There is a tourist tax upon arrival of 6.88 euros per person per night.

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
