Linda’s place was exactly as described. Very comfortable bed with great linen and an electric blanket. Fantastic shower in a big bathroom with plenty of room. Heaps of space to move around and plenty of closet space. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of beautiful trees. Walking distance to the shops, which I did every morning for a delicious coffee. I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend Linda’s place.

This is a perfect little hide away but at the same time has good links to public transport and main roads. You are surrounded by parks and outdoor spaces. A short walk away there's a small supermarket, several cafes and a lovely Italian restaurant - Cirelli & Co that is worth a visit. This is our third time staying at the property whilst visiting family. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. Sonia is a great host and very responsive to communications should you need anything. We would definitely recommend staying at the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at Susan's place. Susan was a fantastic host and the accommodation was great. Susan has thought of everything needed to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. I would 100% recommend Susan as a host and I hope to stay again in the not too distant future.

We were long-term guests and greatly enjoyed our stay which was overall very good. Others have mentioned a barking dog and we found that this was not much of a problem really - she's not the type who keeps on yapping - just a "woof" or two when someone comes up onto the veranda. We also noted for the hosts attention and to their surprise that the kitchen seemed to have been pilfered. Although we had been content to make do we are sure that the hosts will attend these deficiencies. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood within a 15 minute walk to a train station and good access to cycling and walking paths along the Lower Plenty and Yarra rivers as well as further afield towards Hurstbridge (which, by the way, is a wonderful ride once you get past the busy section towards Eltham).

Nice little space in great area, so close to main road. The stairs up to it are very narrow and steep so difficult for o get luggage up and down but other than that no complaints

Another 10 star stay at Sam’s. Gorgeous house and gorgeous host. St Clair is in Moonee Ponds’ best street- quiet and lovely. Sam and her family are the perfect hosts. Thank you Sam

Helen’s place was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others. Helen knows the needs of guests and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. Definitely will stay here again.

Very spacious rooms. Can accommodate a whole family of 5. Quiet location which is great for resting at night. Plenty of parking available. The cat was very friendly. The host Lucy had been a great communicator all the way and supported us to answer our queries even after we checked out.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! I was traveling for work and this turned out to be a perfect spot for a solo traveller or a couple.

OMG this little gem is as cute as a button. Absolutely perfect for those not needing a kitchen. Easy to find, close to cafes and restaurants and surprisingly quiet considering it is so close to a main thoroughfare . Such a comfortable bed and lovely outlook. Loved the drawers for all the items. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay with a small family. Able to visit friends and family near by. Peaceful and private. Castillo was welcoming, had difficulties with the lock but able to open it for us as the place is behind the main house. Had to checkout early but Castillo was able to accommodate. Extremely recommend to anyone wanting to rent for future travels.

Lots of thoughtful touches made the stay much easier than anywhere I've been. Jennifer and Nick made us feel very welcome, but didn't impose on privacy. Perfect hosts.

The location and the property were exactly as shown on the site and very well presented and maintained. Kerry was an excellent host with the small details, like leaving a light on as I was arriving after dark, that made me feel very welcome. Kerry was also very knowledgeable about the local area. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

This was my very first time in Melbourne and everything was as described. Super chill area, the Tram is 2 minutes away, cute cafes and even if the tram isn't running (had the pleasure to deal with a lot of Bus replacements during my stay) there are also Busses and the place is between two Trainstations. Margaret was super friendly and I was able to meet her a bit earlier and we had a very nice talk. She gave me a lot of tips for the area and was always easy to reach and answered quick.

George and Wendy’s place was on Flinders Street, and all the attractions were within a short walk from the apartment. There were lots of food options and easy access to tram services. I would recommend it and would love to stay at the same place in the future.

Sonny was a great host who was helpful and easy to communicate with. The Airbnb was spotlessly clean and well set up for a comfortable stay. His attention to detail and effort to go beyond what was expected was so appreciated - home cooked muffins on arrival, milk in the fridge and fresh fruit were just some of the special touches that show how much Sonny cares about giving his guests a good experience. Being located directly opposite Chadstone shopping centre was also extremely convenient. Thank you, hope to stay again when we are next visiting our family in Melbourne.

Went recently for IEM Melbourne at Rod Laver, location was 10 minutes away but was perfect as all you had to do was walk across the bridge. Close to Richmond and Jolimont station so getting there is easy. 10 Minutes away from the CBD and Swan Street so food wasn't a problem. Everything inside was clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, they had a little book with instructions and recommendations which was really helpful aswell. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone whose visiting the MCG or Rod Laver.

Victor was great! The apartment had a great vibe, high ceilings and exposed brick, everything you need to be comfortable and cook! I loved it. And man Victor went above and beyond, I’m moving to the neighbourhood and he even helped me find an apartment to rent! Great experience, and I’m looking forward to joining his gym too!

We have stayed at Belinda's apartment a number of times and really enjoy being there. It is very comfortable, well appointed with all the facilities needed for a short stay. Location is great, just a short walk to cafes , restaurants, supermarket and transport... a great spot.
