Beautiful, fresh, open studio on Hutchins Lake Channel. Keypad entrance through garage w/private, keyed entrance to guest suite above the garage. Maximum occupancy is 2. For insurance reasons, we are unable to allow use of any of our watercraft, but you are welcome to bring your own! Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes a 20' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Prime location with views of the Grand River. Walk to the beach, restaurants, breweries, and enjoy the Musical Fountain! Recent review from a guest...Great condo right in the heart of Grand Haven. Perfect spot to visit the local breweries, bars and restaurants. Beautiful walk along the waterfront to the lighthouse and beach. Clean, neat and tidy accommodations, well supplied. Great roof terrace upstairs for a sunset drink.

Our cottage is footsteps from the lake, beach and dock. Only minutes to Duck Lake State Park and Lake Michigan beaches. Perfect for a great getaway to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. It’s not just a summer place, come enjoy the fall colors with incredible views of Duck Lake State Park. The cottage is equipped with kayaks,canoes ,peddle boats and a stand-up paddleboard. This is a no smoking and no pets allowed property.

Lakefront Bungalow, Boat & Bunkhouse in the Woods

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/swim platform and attached bench from early May through late October (weather permitting). Situated on 2 large lots that include a sandy beach and expansive access with panoramic views of Lake Wabasis. Plus a backyard vernal pond that's completely surrounded by woodlands and provides extreme privacy.

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.
