Noddfa (refuge/sanctuary) offgrid woodland retreat

Noddfa was built in the summer of 2020 initially as a writer's retreat for the owner. It is located in a magical spot deep in the 60 acres of private woodland belonging to Coed Hills Rural Artspace, a low impact community of friendly, artistically-inclined, wonderful people - 14 of which live scattered about the site in their own hand-built dwellings. Noddfa is very much the owners personal space with lots of evidence of his life and interests. It offers comfortable off-grid peace and seclusion.

The Stable

We have a beautiful well planned spacious ground floor studio Flat.We converted our stables to provide a lovely living space with separate bathroom and kitchen, low ceilings giving cosy feel. This is situated in Farm surroundings with horses in the field. There are plenty of country walks and close to a number of beaches within the Gower. Beaches to name a few Mumbles, Rhossili LLangennith, Oxwich, Porteynon, Three Cliffs .We are situated on the welsh coastal path and the national cycle route.

The Welsh Retreat - private indoor pool + hot tub

Luxury, spacious (approx. 3,000 sq ft) ground floor guest suite with private entrance, indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, wet bar & multiple terraces for your exclusive use. Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard including quality linens & free high speed WiFi. Separate from main house, guest suite consists of whole ground floor, with separate & private guest entrance, set in approx. 1 acre of gardens, with bordering stream. The lawned garden areas are shared with the owners/main house.

Fab cottage with pool, close to beach and pub

This cozy cottage is situated in the village of Llangennith, in Gower, the first designated area of outstanding natural beauty and one mile from Llangennith beach and award winning Rhossili bay. It is a great holiday and touring location with easy access to beautiful beaches, country walks and country pubs. The cottage sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, with 2 single beds and a double bed Well equipped kitchen and ground floor wet room. Free onsite parking and storage. Host lives in main house.

Beach 20 mins, Castles 5 mins, Royal Botanic Gardens 5 mins, Carmarthen town 10 mins Would suit a couple wanting a romantic break, there is also a camping bed for 1 or 2 young kids.

Our lovely homely south facing 3 bedroom caravan with front patio doors is based in the quiet cul-de-sac of The Birches Trecco Bay, is great for all the family . With a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, bathroom and extra toilet there's enough space and privacy for all . There’s also a open plan kitchen and lounge area for them relaxing evenings and a stunning decking area. We provide pillows, bedding, bath towels and tea towels but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
