Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

Trevassack House is a large Victorian farmhouse, a 7 minute drive to St Ives Bay & Gwithian's sands, or 4 mins to Hayle beach. Set in tranquil private grounds, the old manor of Trevassack overlooks Hayle. Big groups love the 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12, comfortable spaces, full kitchen, 3 cosy living rooms with stoves, hot tub (extra cost) with views, library and baby grand piano and conservatory framing sunsets across the St Ives & Carbis Bay hills. I have a delightful traditional Cornish fisherman's cottage a stone's throw from Porthleven's beautiful harbour, award-winning restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, beach and stunning coastal walks as well as playing host to the countries best surf spot. The cottage is cosy & comfortable with a wood burning stove and fully equipped for self catering and a great stay. It has two bedrooms - a kingsize bed in one and bunk beds in the other. The deck at the front is a real sun trap for relaxing on.
