Premier One

Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

Although not on site, it is only a 5 minute walk away at Porthgwidden beach car park.

The cottage is cosy, bright and cheerful, and being hidden away in a secluded location, it is unusually quiet for central St Ives. It has its own private entrance and a small outdoor area with attractive planting to enjoy a morning coffee or evening sundowner.

Our modern apartment is ideally located in the town centre, close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. It is set back a street from the hustle and bustle of town yet just a stone's throw away from the action! The apartment has a lovely little outdoor space for alfresco dining. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The property is self check in.
