Whether its for work, play, or just family time, this is a nice clean country home with no immediate neighbors to worry about and a good sized private back yard. Very safe area and located in a nice spot just outside of Fort Recovery. Good size living quarters and a place to relax. The place is about set up! The only thing left is updating the HVAC....currently propane wall heat. My family and I enjoy hosting guest and hope to continue that. Enjoy your stay! I look forward to hosting you!!

This fully updated 3 bedroom includes king, queen, and full sized bunks and is walking distance to the Monument, Fort, and brick street downtown. Home has central air and heat for your comfort. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher to make meals a breeze. Master bath has a tub and other full sized bath has an ample shower. Large laundry room with new appliances. Keyed entry pad makes check-in a breeze.
