Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun.
