Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, Fishing, Hike/Biking, visit Farm Animals, or just RELAX! Only our Family, Log Cabin, Tugboat, and Silo listings have access to the Lake and Property.

"Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Tucked away in the woods on a historic Eastern Shore farm lies this stunning Airstream retreat 10 mins from Cape Charles. The 1969 Airstream has been converted into a contemporary studio with all the comforts of a luxury hotel room. Wake up to the birds singing in the trees that completely surround the huge front deck. Take a walk on our trails. Enjoy watching the animals. Take a trip into Cape Charles for restaurants and shopping, then enjoy a movie in the Airstream at night.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
