The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.

Large bedroom with a king-sized bed, large additional three bedrooms: one with a queen bed and two with twin beds. We can fit comfortably up to 8 people. Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Super Kids friendly. One block to the Wharf, waterfront restaurants, concert venues and bars. 10 to 15 minute walk to museums. Happy to host you!

Summer kitchen guesthouse at Caledonia Farm 1812

Summer kitchen guesthouse built of stone in 1812 and located on a 115 acre free-range cattle farm on the National Register of Historic Places. The first floor is a living room with the original cooking fireplace and a kitchenette. Upstairs is a loft bedroom and bath. Housekeeping is provided on Monday and Friday mornings.
