We have the prefect spot for your tent next to a pond and a small seasonal stream. Beautiful trees surround the campsite to give you the ultimate privacy. Or just relax on a hammock and enjoy the night-time sounds. Solo, couples, or families are welcomed along with pets on a leash. Go fishing in our small pond, or hang out in the garden. This is a working family farm with goats, chickens, lambs, cows, horses, bees, and many more farm animals. Learn to take care of baby chicks or milk a cow.

Come hike White Oak Canyon and then stargaze at the Big Dipper Ranch. Spend your whole time on our 23 acres or use it as home base as you explore all that Madison County has to offer. Old Rag and White Oak Canyon are minutes away as are wineries, breweries, orchards and much more. Critters big and small, we have them all! Please know we are in a remote area and wild animals and insects are part of nature and come with the camping experience!

Rest and Recharge Retreat

We have a new larger tent for 2026! Queen size bed. We have also added a sauna to our retreat. Rest and recharge at this beautifully landscaped glamping retreat. Enjoy quiet moments of zen in the meditation garden, awake to the birds and butterflies, float the afternoon away in the pool or enjoy stargazing in the hot tub at night. We are set up for a quiet retreat for 2 people. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No parties!

Conowingo Creek Campsite

Walking paths leading to the scenic Conowingo Creek make this private setting located in southern Lancaster County a perfect relaxing get away. A short walk will put you on the banks of ideal fishing or a refreshing dip in the beautiful waterway. Then, after an evening by the campfire and a cozy night of sleep, a short drive gives you access to the Susquehanna River where hiking and scenic overlooks abound.

Stay in our airy platform tent nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains just off the Appalachian Trail. An hour from DC, it's a quick get away for a few quiet nights.
