Il y a une cour et un jardin avec terrasse. Supérette à 3 minutes à pied. L'autoroute est à 2 minutes [peu perceptible à l'extérieur]. Rio Maior et Santarém sont à 15 minutes. La côte et les belles plages de Foz do Arelho sont accessibles en 35 minutes. Peniche en 40 min, Nazaré en 45 min, l'aéroport de Lisbonne en 50 min.
