If you're looking for a perfect get away with a wood burner in the living room, a fire pit in the large garden (with logs provided) and plenty of hot water for a dip in the roll top bath, this is the perfect place! Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Located very close to The Brecon Canal and theatre, 5 min level walk to Brecon town. Cwrt Nwylon is a private annex, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, lounge, dining area and kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, microwave . We live on site, so can help if required! we also have a small dog called Bella. The area is ideal for people who enjoy all types of county pursuits or just want to relax.
