The Apartment at Llanerchydol Hall

Hidden in glorious listed parkland, a mile from town, is the fabulous Llanerchydol Hall, with its gothic turrets and castellations. There are specimen trees here-Sequoias, Cedars, a Dawn Redwood and a Japanese Garden. Hear the steam train, hooting at Powis Castle. Walk Glyndwr’s Way. In the winter, it is the owl’s domain. There are spectacular night skies, unspoilt by pollution, and the Welsh mountains beckon. Relax here. Breathe in the calm and still. Embrace the architecture and romance.

Double room in Georgian B&B

Church House is a beautiful Georgian town house with a spacious garden in the old part of Kington, a quiet and ancient market town in the lovely rolling hills of west Herefordshire, just 2 miles from the Welsh border. The house faces south-east, and all the rooms have fine views over the garden. The house is largely furnished in keeping with the house’s 18th century character.
