Outstanding stay in beautiful Welsh countryside. Visit coincided with lamming season which was very special to be a part of. We had baby lambs visit to us in the morning at our doorstep. Stunning Walks close by. We were provided with lots of recommendations of local places to visit. We were kindly provided a bottle of wine on arrival also. Unfortunately, the heating packed up, but we were provided with heaters to keep warm. Would definitely recommend this stay, and I’ve already had a friend book.

Nami was a wonderful host. She accommodated our (indoor) cats upfront and when we added on my sister and brother-in-law she was super quick to respond and said it was no problem at all. The neighbourhood was really quite and super close by our family members, who were able to come over Christmas morning briefly before we all headed out to the main event. We would definitely stay here again in future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating a birthday. Everything was perfectly arranged—glasses, plates, and all necessary equipment were provided, making the occasion hassle-free. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing stay. The hotel also offers a large car park, making parking convenient. One of the highlights was the beautiful view overlooking the pond, which added a serene touch to the experience. Highly recommended for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

This is our second stay at Tranquility. It was lovely to stay at a different time of the year. We had excellent weather so were able to make use of the outside dining area, although the views are not lost if you are indoors. It really is a 'home from home' equiped with lots for an enjoyable stay. (Books, games, magazines). The area is very peaceful and there are lovely walks to be had just on the doorstep.

Smithy’s was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our peaceful stay. The sounds of nature-birds, and sheep. Perfect location to relax and enjoy an 18th century country cottage. We highly recommend it. Our hosts were wonderful. The accommodations were exceptionally clean. We would stay here again! Thank you Dominique, Scott, and especially Molly….Thanks for the flowers.

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful barn conversion. Everything was high spec and it was a cosy yet spacious living space. Lovely kitchen and we were able to cook all our meals. Log burner was gorgeous as were the comfy sofas and chairs (my 8 year old son said the arm chairs were the most comfortable he had ever sat in!). My mother in law loved the high quality pillows and I was really pleased about the lovely hand wash and shower gel. Luxury touches! The surrounding countryside is breathtaking. We walked to the top of the hill opposite for panoramic mountain views. Had lovely afternoons out in Brecon and Hay on Wye. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had an amazing stay! Frances was super helpful and responsive with our queries. Unfortunately we were unable to use the hot tub due to unexpected weather and the well dried up, however Frances gave a generous refund for this even though it couldn’t be helped and wasn’t their fault. We would absolutely stay again, in fact we are thinking to book again next year. Everything was amazing and very well thought out! Frances even supplied a high chair on request.

Beautiful accomodation, the aesthetic in each room was different and unique! Location was stunning, a walk right into the village with a waterfall amazingly close, perfect for a getaway. The host Emma is extremely kind, responsive and reliable. Would highly recommend :)

Wonderful stay. Beautiful scenery and cottage. Only downside is no pub or shop within walking distance, but made up for by everything else!

A wonderful way to spend a bank holiday weekend. Beti and co were just lovely hosts. The house/space is amazing with far stretching views across the lake from the fire pit hill. Everything we needed was in the house plus more. The hot tub was such a treat after climbing Yr Wyddfa at sunrise on Easter Sunday. This place has been thought about. It’s a tranquil retreat with a lovely homely feel, that is cost and comfy. The bedding is soft and warm and at night it was so dark and quiet. Really have come away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Would seriously recommend this place and the hosts to anyone!

We spent the bank holiday weekend at the Granary. The Granary is well-equipped with everything we needed. Bez was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The view is outstanding from the Granary. The surrounding area is lovely and we were able to do some walks directly from the house. Highly recommended

A wonderful stay with our family over the bank holiday weekend. The cottage was bigger than expected and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend!

All I can say is if you plan to stay in brecon, do not miss the experience of staying in Sally's cottage. It is absolute perfection and the garden is just stunning. Sally is such a warm kind and helpful person in every way. A home from home . Loved every minute of our time there. Thank you so much Sally

We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s cottage in Montgomery. We would have stayed longer but it was fully bkd, and Andrea was super helpful with suggesting other options for us. Spacious bedrooms for a small cottage. Lovely and clean, and had everything we needed. Off road parking was a bit tricky with an estate car but plenty of free parking on the road.

The cottage was lovely, clean and tidy, and close to the town. Kate was friendly and helpful. Kids who love farm animals will definitely love this place. It is surrounded by beautiful views. Hope we will be back to explore more beautiful places.
