The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. Fior di Roccia è un luogo intimo e raffinato sulla baia di Santo Stefano. Quattro camere con letti matrimoniali, tutte con grandi vetrate, balcone e vista mare. Ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con vista sul giardino e la baia. Cucina spaziosa completamente attrezzata. Tocchi contemporanei di design si alternano a pezzi di modernariato. Il giardino è un osservatorio privilegiato della vivacità della baia con varie zone relax.

The property, called "Santa Virginia", is an old country home which has been renovated and converted into 5 large apartments, each with its own garden or terrace. Santa Virginia is surrounded by the gorgeous Maremma countryside and is located only 10 minutes away from the beautiful Giannella beach. Nearby you can find the medieval town of Magliano In Toscana, and just a little further is the lagoon encompassed town of Orbetello. Both towns boast fantastic restaurants and views.

Appartamento posto al piano terra sul retro della struttura principale, composto da un grande soggiorno con l'angolo cottura ed un caminetto, due camere matrimoniali ognuna con un letto aggiunto e due bagni. Le tinte di questi ambienti sono quelle dei colori pastello su cui dominano le travi in legno ed i pavimenti in cotto. Tassa di soggiorno 2 Euro a notte a persona. Bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni sono esenti. Il pagamento deve essere effettuato al momento dell'arrivo.

Il nostro agriturismo è una finestra sulla val d'orcia, composto da 2 appartamenti con cucina, camera e bagno. Grande giardino attrezzato. Immerso nel silenzio, vicino a Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni e le terme naturali di Bagno San Filippo. Per raggiungerci è molto semplice, l'ultimo km di strada è sterrata ma percorribile da tutti.
